QUALTRICS
The SSP is offering a limited number of Qualtrics licenses. Any faculty, staff, or student at UNL can use our licenses for either $20/month or $105 for an annual license which will expire June, 2010. This fee includes independent use of the license as well as limited support and training through the SSP. Click here to sign up.
Qualtrics is a very high end web survey tool that has been implemented in over 200 Universities throughout the world. It's capabilities allow for any type of research ranging from basic feedback through experimental research.

Data Security:
Qualtrics is designed in a way that data transmission is meaningless without the interpretation of your individual account. But on top of that Qualtrics offers Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption (HTTPS) and survey security options like password protection and HTTP referrer checking. Qualtrics is a HIPAA compliant company. Their servers are stored in a tier one data storage facility that includes security measures such as biometric entry, double card swipe, heated floors, etc. Please find all the security details on our HIPAA compliance document.
